The International Buddhist Chaplains Foundation is committed to serving Buddhist Chaplains in support of their social and humanitarian work worldwide. Our programs and projects fall under the principles of service, advocacy, and outreach, as guided by Buddhist values and ethics.

In addition to financial support in the form of scholarships and grants, the International Buddhist Chaplains Foundation provides educational and professional resources for Buddhist Chaplains. We strive to ease the path for Chaplains to do what they do best: help people.

ADVOCACY

Chaplaincy work is a deep commitment to unconditional compassion, which at times will tax the best of us. Therefore, we want to be advocates and champions for Buddhist Chaplains in areas that would allow them to do the best work they could for our community.

OUTREACH

Our goal is to create the infrastructure and conditions to promote the work of Buddhist Chaplains, thereby generating options, opportunities, and connections to further extend the net of Buddhist awareness and benefits.
