We are excited to recently partnered with Zen Caregiving Project, who we think is doing remarkable work in providing a context for public discussion of caregiving, loss, and death. In addition to practicing mindfulness-based compassionate caregiving, this San Francisco-based nonprofit with over 30 years of experience offers courses, workshops, and training for professional, family, clinical, and volunteer caregivers.
Zen Caregiving Project has two upcoming free online courses that deal with managing loss and difficult emotions, respectively. These are timely courses, as we are all dealing with various challenges during this coronavirus pandemic. Registration is now open for these courses. All caregivers, spiritual or otherwise, should consider participating.
